The hotel offered multiple pools, a definite plus. The room included two separate sinks, THAT was very convenient.
The orange juice tasted reconstituted and NOT freshly squeezed! though the juice containers should be covered, because I saw flies.

the room had a sea view balcony , and it was good. the bed in the beautiful king suite balcony was comfortable. the staff efficiently arranged airport transportation for me.
the check-in process felt impersonal , i received no welcome drink. the room seemed a little worn , especially the headboard. there were few restaurant options outside the hotel , and general supplies were not easily accessible.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!

I loved the clean rooms with comfortable beds. The sheets felt new! The ocean view room was lovely with a great patio size. I found the Occitane bath products to be a luxurious touch. The buffet offered a great variety of food for all tastes! The salad bar was always fresh. My kids enjoyed trying new things. The views at dinner were amazing!
The hotel was pricey. A half-liter of water cost four euros!

The staff was courteous from arrival to departure and always happy to help. They arranged transportation to and from the airport efficiently and with a smile! Their friendly assistance.
